Three bedroom detached home situated in peaceful rural surroundings with ample parking for cars.
The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. There are wooden floors and underfloor heating throughout the house.
The main living area is on the lower floor which has two sets of patio doors that lead out to the patio and large, landscaped garden at the rear of the property.
The upper floor has an open plan wooden balcony that overlooks the kitchen/dining area on the lower floor and contains two large double bedrooms, one of which has its own en suite bathroom whilst the other is close to the main bathroom. There is a study and seating area also on the upper floor balcony which offers a spectacular sea view via a picture window.
The third bedroom is located on the lower floor.
Lower Floor Details
The large, open plan, part vaulted kitchen contains an oil fired aga (which consists of two ovens, a boiling hob ring and a hob simmering ring) and is also fully equipped with gas hob, electric table top oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (for which pods are provided). There is a TV on the wall in the kitchen with a large comfortable leather sofa next to it and a breakfast bar at the far end with seating for two. Leading off the kitchen is the utility room containing a sink and washing machine.
The open plan kitchen leads out into an open plan living and dining area. There is a glass topped dining table which seats 6, a large sofa, a small leather sofa and three comfortable armchairs. The living/dining area contains a TV and two gas imitation log stoves which provide an instant source of heat when needed and also a cosy feel.
The third bedroom is downstairs and has a private ensuite bathroom that also serves as a downstairs toilet (via a Jack and Jill arrangment).
Free Sat is available on the TV in the kitchen. Iplayer, ITV hub and All 4 are available on the TV in the dining room and guests can also login to their own NetFlix or Amazon Prime accounts. A DVD player is also provided.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house.
Upper Floor Details
Master bedroom with King Size bed, vaulted ceiling, and large ensuite bathroom with wc, shower cubicle and twin sinks.
Second bedroom with King size bed and large double sofa bed, which can be made up if required to sleep another two guests in this bedroom on request.
Main bathroom with wc, bath and shower cubicle.
Study and seating area with sea view on open plan (internal) balcony, with desk, two comfortable leather arm chars and a coffee table. CD player/radio located in this area. A monitor, keyboard and mouse are provided on a large desk, allowing you to plug your own computer in for work or leisure purposes.
Outside
The large, landscaped garden at the rear of the property can be accessed from both the kitchen area and living area via patio doors. It has a patio area, wooden garden furniture (a large round table and four chairs) and is perfect for bar-b-qs (there is a bar-b-q available for guest use).
The double garage contains tennis rackets and balls and a tumble dryer, all of which may be used by guests. The garage is not to be used for parking cars however due to insufficient room.
At the front of the property, there is a large tarmac area for parking at least four cars.
General
Fuel, linen and towels are included in the rental price.
This is a great, spacious house for groups of friends, families or an extended family group.
Cypress Meadow is a strictly no smoking property. Sorry no pets. No stag or hen parties.
